HELP ED30 problem
« on: August 17, 2014, 02:02:24 pm »
Hi ppl . Wondered if anyone has had the same experience . Car has been running great, wasn't to last long. Started car this morning to discover a bad misfire. Then management light came on. Ppl say plugs or coilpacks but I've recently changed both to iradium plugs and the upgraded red coilpacks. Any ideas or info would b greatly appreciated

Most would suggest you contact/PM a member with a vcds cable for a scan and go from there.

Iridium plugs are prone to the tips failing and/or dropping apart. Take them out and compare them
Mk5 GTi ED30 - 360ps
B7 RS4 supercharged - 650ps
Mk2 GTi 4motion 1.8T - 450ps
