Warning lights on after service
« on: August 30, 2014, 03:57:22 pm »
Hello all,
Just finished a major service on my MK5 Gti.
Oil, filters, diverter valve, fuel pump cam follower, thermostat.

Now my steering warning light, traction control light and tyre pressure light all remain on when starting the car.
I had the battery disconnected for the service, what could be causing this?

Many thanks

Get the car on a straight road, turn the wheel all the way to the left hold for 5 seconds then all the way to the right hold for 5 seconds then put the wheel straight and drive forward, all lights should go out!!!
