Headunit wiring adapters

Hi, i recently bought a double din pioneer avh-x5600bt for my mk5 gti and was having a bit of trouble with the wiring... any mames of adapters for the aerial connections and main connector? Pics to follow
 

(edit) unsure on how to input images from pc
