Saw your car at UD this weekend, looks rather tasty mate. Keep the updates coming, love seeing a bit of diesel tuning.

Thanks mate.

With a new job being office based rather than from home I couldn't take the car off the road yet
I have a new Fiesta ST Line thing coming on the 27th March, so I'm hoping to drop the car off with Bobby on Friday 24th.
I really want it ready for Springfest but if not then so be it.

I also sold my motorcycle freeing up some money for spare parts (new engine if needed) and if not then getting an LSD.

Bobby has the car, dropped it to him last week.

He checked the block and thankfully it appears OK, the head was badly warped which would explain the issue with the cooling system. Finally had some luck lol.

I got my Fiesta as well.

Nice, don't you have a head built up already?

Yup the ported one.
It's being fitted along with the other parts and mapped.

Good to know that your engine cooling problem can be sorted without a great cost. :happy2:

Those Fiestas have an awesome handling for such little cars. Not too expensive too. :drinking:

They are awesome!

We have finished the rebuild of the engine and we are very happy with the results.

This has been an awful lot of work which without Bobby would not have been possible.
We have many custom fabricated parts for this build.
hybrid VKLR turbo, BSR ported head, bsr custom valve springs, bsr cp3 pump, custom injectors, all engine software and engine build done by Bobby.

We are very very happy with this result. EGTs under 900 at WOT. Still making over 300bhp at over 5k

Now that's impressive. Not just the power, but making that power reliably.

Great build

How robust is the bottom end? Can it handle those numbers with repeated abuse?

Thank you everyone  :happy2:

Gray- i suspect it will be fine.
I worry more about the gearbox. Next i think will be lower mileage with all the internal support mods. It spins up in 3rd at 4k. We had to out my semi slicks on for logging as ps4s were spinning.

Ash we are at 2.6 bar.

From what i hear Jays bottom has taken lots of abuse with no issues so far.
