I did say in an earlier post things can only get better.

I would say move to the city or just keep doing what your doing until all the deer are wiped out.

It's all these dogging sites that he goes too. All out in the sticks.

Dogging sites... And these "mystery" deer strikes... Anyone starting to question what Jay's really hitting with the Rocco? Maybe we shouldn't anger him or we'll be next...

Moving over to Flickr, sorry for the broken picture links!

The choice for white gloss TD's was possibly the smartest move on this whole build, they look so perfect on the car it's almost unreal. :happy2:

Thank you sir. That is the end of Newbury (my home town) high street. full of boring shops. Dominos is just out of sight to the left. Where I ate.  :popcornsoda:

Cheers pal. i do like them, PITA to keep cleaning.
Being said, with the carbon bonnet, its not a good match IMO. I need to do the wheels an anthracite or a carbon dip to match.
I wanted carbon mirrors, carbon cup spoiler, but we'll see.
Bodywork isn't high on priority atm.

I can imagine White is hard to keep clean. Hate my black ones when they get dirty let alone white!

It's a tricky one, I think the white wheels work well with the colour but it does clash with with bonnet. Carbon dipped alloy wheels perhaps?

The plan is to have the wheels made a darker shade. They worked without the bonnet but now it's an extra colour. not awful but could be improved on.

Had a trackday with a few mates at a very wet and rainy Mallory Park
Unfortunately it ended up in a recovery home for my mate who smashed up his MX5.

My Scirocco was OK but the brakes caused me no end of problems.
The RS4-2s would cause pad build up meaning MASSIVE steering vibration (shaking the whole car) and it felt like the subframe was going to fall off.
Shame really as they stopped the car well and there was absolutely no fade and I was pushing it hard, the rainy conditions were handled well by the car.

I also knew how bad the subframe was with the shifting but it was again a problem on the tracky day making some pretty horrible noises.

To this end I have purchased a Tyrolsport Deadset Kit from Alex @ AKS Tuning . It comes with some ARP bolts to replace some sh*te OEM ones, I'm going to get a complete set of replacement bolts for the subframe anyway to mount when fitting the subframe kit.

Also have some Powerflex rear arm bushes to go in as well as mine have had it and that will be pretty much the whole car Polybushed then.

Going to fit both as they will require an alignment after and no point doing it twice. Will aim to do this in a few weeks.
Also got a full service kit and some fresh Nanodrive cfs to go in.

Looking at getting fresh discs and some new pagids, either some Project MU H18s or Pagid RS29 Yellows. depends what price alex does me.
Time will tell.

Two deer would dissagree.
Is there any plan for brake upgrades?

Everybody knows deers are stupid, just like kangaroos. They like to cross in front of cars. A bit of an harsh statement. :P

@xjay1337 I hope your new pads and discs will work better with track days.

Thanks :) I think it's just a case of finding the right combination of pad / disc
Shame as the pagid and ebc discs were really good, just the pad build up issue. I think the pads more than the discs to be honest :(

Think that's my reaction time rather than the cars.  :chicken:
Why upgrade? The car stops very well. The next step are 2 piece 362mm discs at another £1200 on top of what i have already.
Looking at 310mm rear setup but don't need it short term.
