BP Ultimate vs Shell vPower - Performance differences noticed?

Sick one! I generally use Shell nowadays... either that or BP.. now I'm filling up with diesel it makes little difference

Mad isn't it, the 2006 Gallardo can pull ~500 brake on 95 RON.

Never had an issue with momentum, but would love to see if a tuner thinks otherwise.

Specific output is only just over 100bhp/litre on a Gallardo that is naturally aspirated.

Specific output on a tuned K03 can be north of 130bhp/ton, on a K04 that can be well over 200bhp/ton.

Always use at least the recommended ron for the tune.

What's the Golf's best N/A effort?  The Mk5 R32 = 79bhp per litre.
The 6.0 W12 concept is off limits.

I'd still take a Gallardo if anyone wants to swap.

I tried it for a bit. It pales in comparison with Tesco / V power

I've been using it the past few months, was using shell buts it's about 5 mile away where as sainsburrys is less than 1 mile away. Haven't really noticed any difference really, should I be using additives to the fuel as well such as redex etc

Redex and other additives can wash down the bore and contaminate the oil so should only be used just before a service.

BG44k (Google it) is much better than Redex though
