Just had the tyres fitted. Right, had the wheels off, I've had a good look round with my head in the arch with a torch and I can't see anything untoward. Very strange.

Now, I've had them do the tracking, I was watching and it was already perfect. I thought it already was bang on, but looking on the inside of the old Goodyear tyre and it looks like The inner shoulder is worn down. Not dangerously, and I've seen worse. Just wondered why it's wearing like that if the tracking is ok?

Oh and another thing, I can't tell you how much I've missed my favoured contisport contact 3s!! Never been very impressed with Goodyear eagle f1s!

is the ESP light flashing? maybe diff between 19's and space saver (although it should be ok...)
could any pieces of tyre damaged the abs sensor?
is the rear tyre from the same side ?
wheel weights catching? (as theyve been on the back previously?)

It's all cured now, it was a strange one. It wasn't just a noise either, it was a braking sensation as well.

At john, it's stopped now and I think it might have somethng to do with the difference in the pitch of the vehicle due to the space saver. So glad to have that fkcuer in the boot again!!
