Don't know if you meant what program i use or what programming language.

I use a program called beyond compare its a text editor with diff. PHP and a little javascript.

Thanks mate i'm just going to finish the code and may enable users to add the categories for a few days and see what it looks like.

Made a little progress today.

Added multiple images.
Added where to buy links.

Just need to:
Add option to link to related topics.
Allow users to add images to a mod they did not create.
Build some easy system for moderation.
