VWR intake anygood ?

Yeah been offered one cheap ish but what's about sound etc ? Or is it best to buy a induction kit brand new ?

Its a re-branded ITG or Evoms iirc, most of VWR's stuff is re-branded or has their logo sprayed on and an extortionate price tag attatched.

Being an enclosed intake, they're quieter than open filters (like EVOMS ir ITG). I personally will be going for an enclosed intake like the VW Racing one as I prefer a quieter engine on heavy acceleration. The EVOMS kit brand new, with a turbo heat shield, is just under £300 if you speak to Mandy on this forum (see traders sales section).

It's a rebranded ITG.

If you pick up for a good price then go for it.

It can cater for both, the difference I believe is the pipe that houses the MAF sensor, the K04 version has the extra feed that links to the DV at the front of the engine, the K03 hasn't got this feature.
