I have now plastic welded/fiber glassed and filled the valance and bumper, they are at the body shop getting sprayed, hopefully have them back on Friday.

Exhaust is fully welded up and the valve linkage is set up with the stepper motor. Reed switch is yet to be installed, will hopefully have that done by Wednesday along with routing the wires and installing the LED.

Next weekend will be fitting the bumper, welding on the hangers and the tip. Still undecided whether to go straight cut or slash cut

Id go slashed twin tips.

Your build is tempting me to fit an exhaust valve too. going to non res my current system and if its too loud to bear with then Ill fit valve to get the best of both worlds.

Keep up the good work :)

Its going to be single 4" exit, think i'm going to go with straight cut.... race car!

I cant wait to see what the twin valves sound like, should be a big improvement from the previous design.

It's great to see the car still in enthusiast's hands. :happy2: I wasnt aware that Jake sold it. I still have the set of DS2500's I ran when I had S3 brakes fitted. There's only about 5k miles on them.

Would be interested to see a full picture of the rear of your eddy with the single exit exhaust :happy2: Looks great from close up shots you've taken. Bet it sounds the bollocks when the valve is open :happy2: :driver:
