Didn't mention the PS4 yesterday!!! Nice.

Be interesting to find how you rate them different to the Vreds as mine need replacing in the next couple of munths.

Yeah didn't even think about it, I've only heard good things about these so will be interested to see how they compare to PSS although they won't have to deal with much BHP until middle of august  :innocent:

Some Monza wheels were made by Rota too... Not that I want to s*** on your parade or anything.

Activate smug mode... :slap:

Ronal, my apologies, I always mix those two up!

@xjay1337 - I too have just fitted 4 brand new Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres, once I've scrubbed them in and put some miles on then I'll write up how they are in my build.

Moving over to Flickr, sorry for the broken picture links!

Few pics from dubs at the park yesterday.

Not a big fan of the interior colour but really like the rest of it.

I do like this one mostly because its different and obviously been done on a budget and most likely by mates on a driveway which is part of the whole modifying spirit for me.

I love that mk1..... does it actually go on track? Looks a bit like a scene car which would be sad....

I've seen that somewhere. Can't remember if it was in the flesh or maybe PVW.

Me and Jay were talking about that exact thing yesterday, I've never seen it on track and neither has he but he's seen it being driven quite hard on the road once or twice. I think it is more of a show piece though which is a shame, I guess it gets to a point where you've spent too much and don't want to damage it.

Those arch extensions looks quite smart actually. I'd be keen to see where they were done as a set for the rear of mine but smoothed into the car would be far better. Combined with my wider wings I think it'll complete my wide track conversion a treat. Any details of the build on that Mk5?

Also, call me a show queen lover but those Rotiforms are beautiful wheels. If they weren't so heavy I'd have them on the 6R in a heartbeat.

Yeah I do really like those wheels on some cars.

I found a post the owner made in the Facebook group but other than that I don't know much

Can't see that FB link as it's content only you can see... Looks to me like a universal set of arches that have been made to fit very well:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/172170227576?_trksid=p2050601.m570.l5999&_trkparms=gh1g%3DI172170227576.N36.S1.R1.TR1

May talk to a body shop this weekend about it...

Oh right it's the MK5 Golf owners club and is a closed group, if you join it then you could view it. Otherwise his name is Tom Rowinski. Yeah I think it probably is something like that. Would look awesome all flushed and painted with the widetrack plans you've got  :happy2:

@TAPPY oh nice one I'd forgotten about Stoner, I should be picking my car up on the 4th so will hopefully bring it down. Most likely we will all go and bring a couple of the cars between us.
