To change them you push the mirror the wrong way and out pops a tiny screw hole to undo them. Its plug and play with no errors

Great thanks for the info... trigger pulled  :happy2:

They can be retrofitted but you will need the mirrors and controllers, guy on here called EddieNL may be able to help if you drop him a PM.

How about a ED30. Do I need to get the dremel out?

So do they plug and play and then need a recode?

My car never had the puddles fitted originally but they worked with just the coding. Cant tell if they will work until you plug them in though

So when you remove the cover did you have an empty socket so it's just plug and play?

Had to code through vcds yes?

I bought replacement mirrors with the puddle lights in them and just coded them in

Usually the wing mirror folds into the car, towards the window?

To get at the puddle light underneath, you push it towards the wing

Like this:

This is if you have the puddles existing in your mirrors obviously. If you dont you need to either dremel the space out and connect them or buy some mirrors with the puddle light in

Standard puddle light is just a normal 501 bulb.

Can either fit an led 501 or go for full led unit.
I bought full unit. Cars now like blackpool illuminations at night now :happy2:
