I think that was their failure , don't think they paid the bills to the networks either

not a nice company, this was based on the cauldwell years and seeing their training methods.

John Caudwell, he's a smart business man. That's not the same thing as being a nice bloke, or someone you could rely on, or someone you could trust, by the way.

Personally after visiting their shops and being aurally assaulted with loud music and spotty faced school leavers who didn't know the first thing about customer service, I'm glad they've gone bust.
Sarcasm for free. Anything after that can only be considered as a bonus.
