I've had my car remapped by AmD Tuning in Essex and been back there for other work too, very happy with them. If you're Kent/South Essex/East London definitely worth a think, but if you're within a reasonable distance to R-Tech then consider them as they have 100's (literally) of happy customers on this site.

I'm also staying AmD for stage 2 as I'm 10 minutes away so if I get any issues its not a long drive to get them fixed. If you need any more info just send me a message.

heard good and bad, they have built a few big power tfsi including a s3 what is floating about but is using revo software

a mate of mine had an rs4 mapped/decoked there, who is abit of a loon and on the way home found out his top speed limiter was still in place, he complained and they travelled down to bristol and loaded a different map for him which i belive solved the issue.. allthough he later took the car to mrc and they bought up various issues with the map

I think if I was going for a full stage 2+/3 map, I'd probably use someone like R-Tech who have written custom maps for big power cars more, but for standard bolt on modifications and lower levels of tuning I don't think you'll go wrong. I also got my AmD map because it was half price with a Miltek, at the time BCS or anyone didn't have an R32-style GTI exhaust (that I was aware of).

I'm in the process of doing the R32 conversion but been quoted silly numbers for the exhaust was looking at the duplex exhaust on eBay not sure if they are any good, as the rear bumper has cost me a fortune so far .

R32 conversion..? NICE! You putting the haldex 4wd system in too, or just the engine? I know AmD do custom SS exhausts as well if you ask them. Not sure it'll be up there with the top boys but again, only local so a short drive/trailer ride if you need anything.
