GTI Grille question
« on: September 24, 2014, 11:37:41 pm »
Im looking a poss changing my gt tdi sport grilles to the factory GTI units but i need to know as i intend to only use the vw badge & no GTI badge does the Gti grille look odd without the Gti badge i.e. is the any change in the texture where the GTI badge supposed to go.

Does not look odd w/o the GTI badge. I removed mine from my GTI and also cut out the mounting bits from the OE upper grille:

You can replace the GTI badge with the GTD one from the mk6.

If you prefer to not have the badge it will look better if you cut out the mounting bits, as ROH ECHT did.
