I managed to get my new downpipe fitted a couple of weekends ago, but struggled to get the post-cat lambda sensor off of the old exhaust.
When I finally removed and re-installed that, I tried to start the car on Saturday and it was dead. I ran VCDS, which gave a load of low voltage warnings (and checked the batt with a multimeter) so left it to charge for a few hours, then she started fine.
However, I've now got a couple of faults that won't clear: "engine oil temp sensor - implausible signal" and "sensor for engine oil level/temperature - opens or short to plus". The dash also warns about it when starting up.
I don't recall doing anything to these during the work (only the O2 and MAF were unplugged), so is it possible the low voltage has somehow killed it?
Thanks.
