Bluetooth and iPod retrofit

Does anybody know whats involved in retro fitting both the iPod connection and the Bluetooth and what cost im looking at?
Ive got the optional arm rest with the vents the RCD500 and mutifunction wheel with Highline.
Any help appriciated!

Foned VW they want £230 for the bluetooth and £110 for the iPod kit plus fitting at £85 an hour for 2.5 hours.
Im thinking possibly buy a parrot bluetooth for £100 and buy the VW iPod kit and fit myself - i still want to be able to use the Multifuntion wheel for the iPod but im no too fussed about using the wheel buttons for the fone.
