It will fit but you will have to weld on a take off for the DV re route that the K04 cars have..

That wouldn't be a great idea on one of these engines.. The MAF and MAP sensors rely on all of the measured air staying in the system..

Yanks on vortex claim 5-7bhp but no plots to back this up.They claim the same for the neuspeed pulleys too

JBS do a eurojet version as well

yup i kno that JC...just throwing the option out there as it is a possibilty. It used to be a prob on the old 1.8 20VT motor but then people started to run 100% atmos with no probs. I tried the Forge one on my Cupra 20VT and it caused limp mode everytime!

so yeah i wouldn't recommend it either based on my history :happy2:

a fatter IC > TB pipe defo helps...i tested the SFS one and it gave 10bhp extra on a K03.

Exactly, in fact that looks like a pretty standard piece, unless its just been powder coated after being modified.. Could be worth sending Neuspeed an email to ask about a K04 fitment pipe?
