Big update well for me it is I have had the golf at ADS Automotive Diagnostics top garage in Preston by the way sound guys, I had the REVO stage one remap individually set, up cars producing top figures need to rolling road it the garage said its running top of the scale 315bhp and 333ft/lbs of torque I love it transformed the car it's true what people say it's like night and day also got a new PCV valve wanted the REVO blank but they recommended the latest revision were they have fixed the leak issue so got that instead  :driver: :jumping: well happy!

Not trying to be funny mate but how can they tell you the car will be running x amount of power without a set of rollers when every car responds slightly differently to mapping?

Don't let them brainwash you with claims and no evidence... Regardless I'm sure you will be made up with the map :)

I know true I'm going to get it on the rollers asap but the main thing is I'm happy with it feels like a new motor  :driver:

Put some rubber around the hole in the shield. The metal is fooking sharp and as you can see by my second hand intake it will cause some damage. I used some vacuum tube i had laying about.

I have my revo intake ready to be fitted, just waiting until i get a few hours spare to do the pcv, dv and modify the engine cover whilst fitting the intake

I prefer the engine cover off if I'm honest fitting the filter transforms the car awesome sounds  :driver:

Similar setup to mine. With dsg as well it can make some proper  rally car noises, even when driving gently
