100W may also fry your headlight wiring if it can't cope with the extra load.

Might be OK on golf, but it happened to me on a previous car.

OEM is 55W, so 100W is a bit of a stretch, I think. If you want to go ahead with fitting them at least you know the potential risk of frying the wiring.

Yeah those MTEC ones are the ones I just bought. Cheers for the picture too, they look great! I have two style of sidelights coming so I can decide which I prefer and keep the other as spare
