So i went to replace my knackered gas struts on the tailgate earlier and stupidly unscrewed the drivers side unit from the fixing point in the rear quarter panel. You know whats coming next............the retaining nut inside the quarter panel wasnt fixed as i thought it would be and fell down into the car body somewhere
So anybody know how i can gain access to this area to get another nut in place or is it going to be a case of drilling a bigger hole and fitting a riv nut or similar?
I know i'm stupid.................
