Hello Everyone,

Been lurking around now for a while and finally decided to drop in and say Hello!

I've only been driving for about 4 months now and didn't have much luck with my first car.. I think it was trying to kill me :signLOL: the wheel fell off after a week of driving it and from then on it had so many problems.. After spending loads of hours and money trying to keep it on the road the headgasket went so I decided that I wasn't going to waste my time with it anymore and that I should get a more reliable car!

Three weeks ago I got my MK5 Golf and I love it so far, although it does have a couple faults that need sorting out!

I've got quite a few plans for this car and will probably make a build thread of my progress for anyone that is interested.

and here is a picture of my first car, the one that tried to kill me.

Thank you for taking your time to look through this!

Thank You all for the Welcome messages!

You are correct Wooosh, it is a 1.6 FSI!

I do have quite a few plans for it but first of all I'm going to get it serviced, think I need a new Nox Sensor too :(

Yeah I have a few mods planned!

- Wind Deflectors (Put on last week)
- White Bulbs Inside & Numberplate (Done the day after I got the car)
- New Headlights (Also put on last week)
- HIDs
- LED Rear Lights
- New Head Unit (Just Arrived)
- Uprated Door Speakers
- FI SP4 15" Subwoofer with Custom Box (Maybe? Will probably be mod for next Summer)
- New Alloys
- Coilovers
- Change the Steering Wheel
- ED30 or GTi bumpers to make it look smarter!
- Exhaust System
- Suede Roof Lining (Had it in my Saxo, was sooooo nice!)

That's all I can think of for now

Will be getting a Vitara for an Off-Road project too, that will be an awesome build!

They're probably not deep enough haha, but I'll be keeping the car for a few years so I'm just going to take my time with it all

If you need to replace parts, use the Wanted section mate, regularly people break cars and sell old stock parts when they upgrade so you could save yourself a few quid and get those much wanted mods cheaper. :happy2:

Moving over to Flickr, sorry for the broken picture links!
