When this is done right it really does restore them to new!
I've been restoring plastic headlamps for years like this.
If anyone's my neck of the woods (doncaster) I'll do them for a small fee :)

I think I will be ordering some too, had my first real night time drive last night and my headlights are awful.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/3M-Headlight-Restoration-Discoloured-Headlights/dp/B0078IHJ1K/ref=lh_ni_t?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A1VCKAHWS3MSWQ
I think it's a combination of seriously bad lenses and bulbs.
One question though - what can we apply after restoring the headlight? (like some time of wax sealant/top coat)
Thanks
