fitting bumper?

don't know if anyway can help but i had a crash yesterday to the front end and knocked my bumper out so iv taken it off but is there a guide or anything to say how to re fit the clips in (from bumper to the car) , as one side seems to line up again and the other just aint having it, clips are all in contact still can't see no damage.
