Coolent leak and rats
« on: November 12, 2014, 09:31:40 am »
Just a side note that animals like anti-freeze.
Rats are small and like to make nests.

If you have a coolest leak, check your engine bay before starting, as this morning i popped the bonnet to fill the water to find a live rat !!!   :jumping:

It had chewed all my bonnet liner/sound deadening and made a nest in/around all the belts !

So half an hour later i can finally start my car to get it to the garage and get the coolant leak fixed. Just need a new bonnet deadening thingy now........
There is no replacement for displacement....
But a turbo does help....

The latest Range Rovers are suffering badly at the moment with rats eating the plastic fuel tanks at a particular location on the tank!
