I am thinking about this exact same thing for my S3.
At the moment I think I'll just go with the DP, either Milltek or Blueflame - not decided which yet, I think both have there pros and cons.

I've mostly has Miltek in the past but this year I decided to try APR's RSC system. As their blurb says it's very quiet and refined and there is hardly any intrusion into the cabin and when cruising it's quieter than stock.
When you're really on it yes there's a real superb Gallardo howl difficult to explain really but strangely it doesn't make it boomy at all inside the car. It's a full 3 inch system that's another consideration.

dont know what but sme thing tells me no to apr !! i m growing really fond of the blueflame , quality looks good and well priced but whats the noise like in the cabin , ???? sounds well from outside

i've just put a milltek non res cat back on the leon and its a lot quieter than i was expecting, its louder but not much. There is the occasional pop and the turbo spooling is a little more pronounced but its not excessivly loud.
