Having one of those days today.

Parked the golf on the street as i was changing the thermostat on the beater.

f*cked one of the thermostat housing threads so had to buy a taping kit.

Finally finished a little while ago and notice this.

It could have been from earlier when i parked in town but surely i would have noticed.

To rub salt in the wound. My cameras stopped recording today at 11am :(

I really hope this was not one of my neighbours.

Think one of the neighbours did it. I hardly ever park in the street as 99% of the cars in my street have been keyed. Yesterday i was working on my other car until 11 pm giving some c*nt the opportunity to do this.

It cant be that bad my wife couldn't even find it  :stupid:
Hopefully it will polish out.

The cars looking bad not cleaned it for over a month. I don't want to get the polisher out as it looks more of a target when its the cleanest car in town.

I hate it when that happens. It is nice to see some beading though.

A few small updates today.

The monster mats arrived, the quality is amazing, switched the round fitting with some oval ones from some old mats think the colour is wrong so may order some more. Thanks to @RBS for pointing me in the right direction.

Non slip mat for ashtray also arrived. Not sure on this.

And a bluetooth kit from @Pashka Thanks. Any tips for installing this?

Great did you put it under the ashtray? Will get stuck in later.

Cant wait to get the parrot one out. Look at what some cowboy did.
Will need a new cup holder cant have that.

Great looking mats!  :drinking:
Bargain for €77.50. Considering they don't make them anymore.  :jumpmove:

I routed the module to under the front seat, but if you can I would locate it behind the radio somewhere.

My module is under the passenger seat (right seat, not left). I don't think there's enough room behind the radio.

The mats were a bargain indeed! :drinking:

Got the parrot kit out.

Someone has changed the climatronic panel (i suspect as the original seats were heated). They tapped a wire from fuse box to the climatronic panel then the parrot kit. Why would they cut the wire to the climatronic panel??
