Sucks for the damaged cable. The cameras look great. Stealthy enough.

The camera is in, i installed the GPS receiver i did not install the button to lock the current file. Its a pity i don't have a spare button next to the esp. I have ordered a new rear camera (£30  ) as i could not fix the one i broke.

Some video below. I'm getting some refection so maybe i need to adjust the angle? This file is massive i had to run it through handbrake or it would not play in the browser (the link would auto download) this made the file 80mb bigger i also maxed out the audio gain. I need to change the speed to Km and set a max limit maybe 20km??

Tell me about it. They don't know that no one stops at zebra crossings.

I think the quality is ok?

Installed the battery guard today. Way to many wires in my boot maybe the fans, thermostat and LED's are a bit much.

Think the battery guard is a bit pointless its set to cut the power at 12.1v seems to be hitting this very quickly only giving a few minutes of extra power to the camera before the camera switches to the internal battery.

There are some dashcams with buffered motion detection maybe this would have been a better option.

The leather vinyl is coming unstuck so the boot looks a real mess.  :sad1:

I think the line out converter has been draining the battery as it has signal sensing there is no way to switch it off so i've wired it to the ignition. Got about 4 hours recording time today while parked up and it hadn't switched to the camera battery yet. I will give the battery a good charge. I will increase the cut off to 12.2V and see how it goes. I will manually switch the camera off when in the garage to stop draining/recharging the battery too often.

Went to a local shopping centre today. Had the front camera set to motion detect. Its not too good when people walk past they get about half way across the windshield before it starts recording. Seems to pick up the cars ok. Didn't pick up anything interesting apart from the audi squeezing into a spot i would avoid.

Getting a lot of reflection from the dash.

Good quality image! :drinking:

Not sure if you can avoid the windshield reflection, though.

That's the reflection i'm getting from mine. I've been reliable informed it's because there is "too much sky" in the shot. I have adjusted mine but have yet to review some footage.

Thanks mate will have a play around with it. I think u can also fit a filter but u have to remove it at night.

Got the rear camera in. Some video below. The time stamps have be cropped but u can get the gist of it. Quality lowered slightly as i reduced the size.

Quick wash today had to resort to the coin op as there is never any parking outside my house in summer.

The paint looks good from a distance don't think i will ever be happy with is close up in this sun.
