Trouble with fiscon bluetooth

Im just having a problem with my fiscon, if i make a phonecall using it then hang up, it wont let me make any more calls without switching everything off and resetting, im using a samsung galaxy s4!

Any ideas?

Try a factory reset on the FISCON, try updating the software if outdated, unpair the phone restart everything then pair the phone again?

Ive done a factory reset and unpairing, how do i update the software?

Ensure you pick the correct version for your box
