345mm front brakes self refurb and fitted ( bit naughty using the spare wheel jack I know!) , Ed35 Watkins Glen alloys

Polished 17" Imolas for winter mode

Tight fit!!

R20 rear

Exhaust sounds nice with a nice burble upto 2.5krpm ... Complements the K&N CAI darth vader type sounds... makes the car genuinely sound like 300+bhp when its actually about half that haha.

Wow quick progress! Nice to see another Golf Mk6 Match owner too, they seem a great base for modding. Looking forward to seeing your progress and I might be stealing some of your ideas :happy:

The car is already 95% finished. Bought it in January and most of whats pictured I did inside 6 months and took pics as I went but too lazy to make a build thread!!

I have to take more pics but the leather interior is now in, RNS510DAB, Lowered , headlight washers , colour MFD clocks , Highbeam assist, Parallel park assist and some other bits Iv forgotten probably!!

Nice work. Was wondering if you'd done park assist as I noticed the extra side sensors on your GTI front bumper. Its a surprisingly good system if a little gimmicky.

Yep its fully fitted and works well! It gets me into spaces i think are too tight and am scared to try parking in

But I have my doubts about the R brakes because they are pretty heavy. Did you notice the heavier discs, dynamically?

I dont think Iv noticed the weight day to day. Dont really drive the car hard very much at all... Its yet to be mapped...STILL!

Debating on whether to fit the rear 310mm brakes or not now. I think Iv got enough braking power for my day to day driving. Not to mention my bank balance is not happy at the minute.

Car lowered on Apex springs 30 or 35mm drop? Cars on 17s which looks ok, maybe when I pop my 18s might want lower? Want to still drive the car without cringing when i reach speed bumps or high kerbs etc..

Black gloss wing mirrors on too

( maybe gloss black the sideskirts and black bits of front bumper too? )
