absolutely top job. You don't see many people who would mod a 1.4!!. :driver:
what filter have you got installed, looks like a different housing box with a K&N filter?
omeydz:
Cheers mate!
1.4 turbo only unit have less reliability issues than the twincharger version.
Still get nearly around 40mpgs and dsg fart noises, and am going to get around 200ish bhp after I do the turbo and cooling.
Yep its a k&n .. came with @rex recommendation. Sounds amazing

I'm not sure of the cost of a Dynaudio kit to retro fit, but have you considered using Focal components? They do a complete range of VW integration speakers and their amps are amazingly small, easy enough to fit under the driver's seat. I've been considering ripping out my entire Dynaudio sound system, including the head unit, and run a dual amp system with a subwoofer in the spare wheel well... It's a lot of money but I reckon it'd make a killer audio set-up.

I've already bought everything.. The only component of the install that was pricey was the wiring loom, rest I got for a song!
Iv got an OEM wheel well sub off an audi Q3/5, removed the crappy sub speaker for a Bose one and a Dedicated sub amp.. and tap that into the Dynaudio setup. Going to install sound insulation/deadening alongside so that should improve things noticeably too!
I've got a full size spare wheel so that is possible.. not so with a spacesaver.
