Sorry about the late reply.

I got this:

http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/Volkswagen-OEM-Car-mirror-folding-module-car-lock-module-for-VW-Passat-B7L-CC-Jetta-Tiguan/1267712_2025811242.html

Swap this into the driver side controller, switch the pin locations of folding motor wiring and job done. Iv told Eddie about this so he knows now. Its a VW part not SEAT.

Hope this helps. Cheers

Thank You.  :happy2:

No problem!

Today I fixed my fuel line rattle at long last. Been putting up with it for a year nearly and its been doing my head in at idle with the knocking/clicking when warmed up. Now engine silently purrs like a kitten . Well overdue!  :driver:

Soundaktor mod has hit a brick wall. All wired in but nothing working. After translating a lot of German language last night I believe I need to try a different module.

This chap has retrofitted it into his 1.4 Golf MK5 75bhp. Its quite staggering if you ask me. He developed an additional module though.

So my Bluefin map is really great but even on long runs I was struggling for 36mpg hypermiling on motorway. Contacted them and they sent me a modified map with reduced boost and fuelling when cruising on part throttle and Im back upto ~45mpg on long runs  :happy2: . Happy days and +1 for their customer service

Hello all!

Been quite busy and not updated in a while.

My Ed35 wheels are now plastidipped in black and look good but going to be tough to look after.

Not photographed the interior seats but they are leather now.

Set about fitting my 310mm rear BBK today and got to removing to carriers only to find my M14 spline bit is nowhere to be seen    !! So have had to order another one and pop space saver on and leave.

Annoying times  grrr!

Also big news.. Im getting bits together for a manual to DSG conversion. Yes yes it sounds mad but I cannot be bothered to get another car and transfer all my mods. And its a mechanical test for me so a bit of a personal challenge.

Eager for DSG perks like snappy changes, DSG pop/fart sound , less hassle in traffic and easy cruising when I want to, and dare I say slight improvement in MPG as its a 7-speed going in.

Wish me luck Ill keep you all updated  :happy2:

Aren't those 7-speed DSG more prone to problems and can handle less torque? O.o
