got a milltek exhaust on my car and its sags a little is they any way off solving this? new mounts and were can i buy these? :/

I'd give demon tweeks a ring and see if they have any Uprated mounts for mk5's in stock or try the likes of psi tuning, they might sell them too

Powerflex do uprated exhaust hangars. Or it may be that your standard ones are a bit worn and stretching more than usual.
I don't think there are mk5 specific uprated rubber hangars, just universal ones.
