Alientech is a company that makes the equipment used to read/write the maps from the ECU, they don't sell remaps (that's down to the tuner).

I wouldnt even consider it. Given it's vital importance in the longevity of your engine, the fact that you even have to ask would say to me "are these folks proven". R-Tech all day long.....
