your car makes any wheel look great. I am not a fan of those particular ones, loved all your others. I am sure a new set will be along by Christmas that i like.
All the other bits just keep adding to the overall quality. It is getting up their with your Scoooooby now.  :notworthy:

Did you spray your twintercooler yourself.  :happy2:

Such a nice car. How did you get the bonnet to sit properly after having the notch filled, I thought the vw badge on the grill would stick up too far. Did you shave a bit off so it could close?

Right Guys, been lurking on here for ages as normal but no updates for over a year on the car......

Those who went to ultimate dubs or have looked in the UD photo thred may have noticed the car has changed a bit slightly.....

here goes... hope you like  :drinking:

Exterior...
Edition 30 rear bumper - plastic welded together edges smoothed and faded out, centre section painted in charcoal grey
US spec front bumper - votex splitter smoothed in, centre of lip painted in charcoal grey
Clear side markers
New GTi grill - charcoal grey
New open fog grills - charcoal grey
New fog lights
MK6 golf R mirrors - base plates and surround charcoal grey
Mk1 Audi TT fuel filler cap welded in
Engine Cover  - painted in charcoal grey
Smoothed underside of the bonnet
Smoothed slam panel - painted in charcoal grey
Scuttle panel - painted in charcoal grey
Wiper arms - painted in charcoal grey
Xenon headlights - will be purchasing over the next week or so
Full car painted in House of Kolor Brandywine by my good friend Tim @ truepaintworks

Interior... The blue was way too much for the exterior colour so its been sold to Josh (sure you have all seen the pics) and i now have a factory black leather set up.....this will be for sale very soon  :happy2:

Air ride... This has stayed the same as before, but will also be going in favour of a new set up thats in my garage...watch this space

Brakes... The fronts will be changed very soon  as they are still standard GTi ,  rears are an R32 set up, both sets painted in HOK brandy wine

Wheels... Fully polished Porsche split twists, chrome powdercoated barrels, polished lips and faces and 9crt gold bolts. mmmm i love these wheels

Engine... Thats as was beofre it, changes to come over the next few weeks.

Pics   :happy2:

Still a lot to do but its getting there

Thanks for looking  :jumpmove:

And i will go as far as saying best MK5 around!
