AP suspension

Looking at replacing my shocks and springs on 140k miles. I have seen tge AP springs and shocks as a kit...are these amy good? Have read loads of reviews on the coilovers but non om these. If not whats a good option as a replacement...

H&R or Eibach springs. Koni Sport or FSD (just for 30 mm lowering) dampers.
