Fitting mfsw?

Do I need anything else in order to fit a mfsw to my 2005 gti DSG? I currently have a flat bottom gti wheel without paddles and highline display. Cheers

Yes i have fitted DSG MFSW and works perfectly fine. Just make sure you have VCDS to code the control module.

If you do a bit of searching, you will find that they are produced by FAW who make parts for VW asian market.

Thanks again. I'm looking at a mfsw from a 2009 manual car and want to fit a pair of genuine paddles to it. Hopefully the wheel will be ok for this?

Use the Ross tech link above to see which slip ring that controller uses.
The CH controller uses a type 2 slip ring.

You don't need a CH controller to use a mk5 MFSW, that's for putting a mk6 wheel on a mk5
