Any one on here mind summarising which clutch & flywheel combination is recommended for the various stages of tune ?
With supplier & price if possible ;-)
Something like:
Standard LUK clutch + LUK DMF £150, £200 Stock tune, Stage 1 + Stage 2 GTI, Stage 1 Ed30 with linear mapping (sig. less mid range torque)
Helix organic+ LUK DMF £350, £200 Stage 3 GTI, Stage 2 Ed30 (full fat torque) 380Nm
Helix + SMF £350, £350 Stage 2+ Ed30, 450Nm
Clutchmasters FX400 £900 Stage 2+ Ed30
I've just made up those numbers, so someone who knows for sure please amend as necessary.
I've got a felling that I'll need to attend to the clutch sooner rather than later, no slippage yet with a linear tune, but I'd like some gold top goodness.
