DSG Service?

My car is now approaching the 80k service mark and I'm just wondering if there is any reason to go to the main dealer for the DSG service? I assume any independent garage can do it but just thought I'd check?

Also, the cambelt was done at 47k which was just over 3 years ago so is there any point getting it done at the same time?

I got mine done at the stealers, but only because they did it half price due to another issue (admin one). Think it cost £90.

If you've got someone in mind to do the job you'll help them a lot if they've never undertaken the job before if they watch this
