Thats correct, on a GTI car the pro kit only lowers say 5mm but will handle better than standard. The sportline kit lowers around 25mm - 30mm. Like the seller said its because the GTI is already 25mm lower than a standard golf but the springs are quoted drops for a standard golf. Hope this helps

If you have a GTI you might not notice any lowering with Pro-Kits, you're better off with Sportlines. Pro-Kits will only give more ride comfort and better handling.
So choose Sportlines if you really want to lower your ride.
