Enabling these lights ?

in the pic below the lights directly under the xenons are on all the time, can we do this to uk Gti's ?, or do they already do it (never looked if im honest LOL)

Ahh i see, so there actually going to be glowing orange   :sad: all the time, then you indicate and they glow brighter/ flick on and off ?

Some have added DRLs under the xenons (not in the fogs, like RR). I forget who has. Didn't like them at first, but they're growing on me.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

Some one was thrying to get Neg to enable these at the Meet, i dont think it was possible.

On the halogen units it just keeps the headlight on all the time.  Xenon unit could be different as side-lights are different bulbs - like shown in your pic.

its only workable with the xenon headlight unit. Notnormal has it on his car. Its pretty easy to do on vag com

Those are the sidelights on the xenons, you can see them on on my car in this pic:


The indicator is also housed in the same area and flashes orange (distinct from yellow).
The dude in the first pic has just got xenon colourmatch sidelights.
