MK5 needle sweep

Is there any way to program/ adapt the MK5 speedo/ rev counter cluster so that they do the needle sweep when you start the ignition like the newer Audi's?

Get a white cluster and blue lit needles supplied and fitted by EddieNL

He has just added blue needles to a white cluster 10mins ago

Cheers, you got any idea how much this costs?
I was hoping it could be done cheap since I would like it but I'm not that fussed.
