Lovely car pal! Are you based in the kent area?

Where did you get that rear boot carbon fibre wrapping done?

Thanks mate  :happy2: I am based in Sutton/Surrey. I would rate my rear boot badge as the shoddiest job on the entire car  :sad1: The black badge doesn't fit all the way back into the space (where I pulled off the old white wormed badge) and has been stuck with some strong double sided tape. Before I did this, I bought some Carbon Fibre inserts off Fleabay. Stuck them myself. It's functional for now but I am looking for a proper replacement.

I'm taking about the little strip of carbon on the bumper. Near where the boot closes. That valeting service is right around the corner from me. May well give them a try!

Apologies - I misunderstood. Yes, that strip was also bought off Fleabay. Real pain to properly align but once done, it serves as good protection and sets the boot apart

Here you go mate - this was the seller. Item will be shipped from Germany (but cheap). Just get the install right, otherwise the quality/adhesive is great.

So after the Enhancement Detail, I have gone for two more major upgrades. I am yet to create a proper post (with pics etc) but here is a hint

Still waiting for this update. I'm guess new cluster and steering wheel due to the for sale thread!

Thanks for the nice words Pete  :innocent:
The 'small' mod will then complete my most recent upgrades so worth the wait

Sadly I'm not attending the GTI International this year. Didn't plan well in advance and have some commitments to take care of. In any case, after all that I've spent, I just about have enough left to give Griffin an occasional bath :P

Happy to discuss all about R-Tech and BCS over on the forum/PM or FB.

Do you still have the standard intercooler?
