I've bought some puddle lights from ebay (270994492333) and for some reason I can't seem to fit all the cabling back in as there is a little bit extra, has anyone else had this problem? I have the puddle lights already fitted in the mirrors and they are the electric heated ones.

I had the same problem with the ones from aliexpress.
You can cut the plug off and join the wires together from inside the wing mirror housing, there's black line on the wires to join, worked ok for me.

Yeah it looked like there was no way the wires would fold back in that tight space, but they did!
