drivers seat jammed

Hi,
I have a 3 door mk5 and my drivers seat is jammed in 1 position. I can tilt the seat forward asif i was loading people into the back seats but it wont slide forward or backwards (and also wont budge with the handle under the seat)

Any ideas on the fix for this?  :happy2:
