As above, will they fit and do they have a wider track? Thanks.

Hi !

They fit !  :happy2:
Just did a quick search on ETKA,
The part nr listed for a 2011 S3 are the exact same as the ones for a 2008.

I have ones from a 2008 with the same part nr's , mounted no problems ;)

Part nr's :
1K0 407 152 AK ==> now became 1K0 407 152 BF       (righthand side)
1K0 407 151 AK ==> now became 1K0 407 151 BF       (lefthand side)

Also, don't think the S3 ones increase the track width.
Think they are identical to the cast steel ones !

I have had some Audi TT one's. They do increase the track width but I couldn't get the camber correct !
But there are already some posts about this , somewhere here ;)

Yes they fit and No they don't increase the track.
 May I also recommend doing the alloy hub carriers aswell,(Passat is the same part number as S3 only can be had for about £40 pair on ebay) makes a massive improvement to the steering response (shorter arm and lighter), I don't know the exact weight saving but lifting the box of new bits out of the car was a lot easier than putting the old back in  :happy2: I would guess at 4KG ish.

I had forgotten about this mod since it was really stretching my budget a bit too far, but I've saved a bunch on insurance and feeling a bit flush ATM

Right so after some research I'm finding that the S3 wishbones + hubs will save about 2.6kg per side between them.

However I'm also reading that the hubs increase some width and can cause trouble with fitting BBK's? Now this is a problem since my calipers are already as close as you can get without touching. Anybody know what the actual difference would be?

Cheers
