Hi all New owner of a mk5 gti Japanese import model
« on: January 01, 2015, 10:19:39 am »
Been a lurker of this forum for a while now so with buying my first mk5 gti a few weeks back thought its time i made a post.

Currently bog standard white 5 door gti
Seems to have alot of extras with it been jap import.
60k miles.
Planned mods so far is simple intake and downpipe as i already got those.

Also it had these wheels on but on inspection one of them is cracked on the inside where it has already been welded so will be needing a new one but there isn't any info on what the wheel is so hoping someone will know.

Cheers guys

I just Ordered some much needed interior led kit for it and also led puddle light kit but not sure on how i get them puddle light lens out untill i have a proper look but will keep you updated.

Need to get a new interior door handle also as looks like its been chewed by a dinosaur and while thats off might aswel get the replacement lights switches and wing mirror switches with the chrome tips.

Found couple of better pics from first day i had got the car home.

Good afternoon clean made a difference.

And sorry to post this again but could really do with knowing what wheels these are if anyone could help would be much appreciated thank you

Found a bit more info on them now thank you, although they do seem rather rare and cant seem to find anywhere that is selling any of these let alone just one.
