RCD310.... Ive also tried it with the MDI unplugged

It shows AUX on the screen but no sound.

Oh well that's crap as ill be using it with a rcd310 too. I have a rcd510 also and I remember seeing an aux level in the settings so will try that unit also If I have no luck with the 310. Hopefully its something minor someone could point out.

Fraid not, checked the settings and the volume was at its lowest setting, so changed it but no difference...

Only thing I didnt check was the connector in the back of the switch, maybe its the wrong way around  :confused:

Had a flick through the settings on my rcd310 this morning, there seems to be 2 AUX options. 1 is level and the other is either on or off. You more than likely have already done this but to check have you switched it on from here?

Yes, tried that. I want to check the switch again and try plugging in a android phone but if that doesnt work, its either the switch or the loom.
