Yer they are crap. I called them yesterday to confirm the date it was rebooked in for and the bloke said I'm not even Booked in. Yeah your only up the road I used to work in Newbury (NRC body shops)..

I swear I see that other mk5 everywhere in reading lol

FFS - what quality customer service.... haha yes, jairm sold it to some guy who lives in reading, think his name is joe or something.
