Don't worry Ben, if you make it there I'm sure the times will drop

If I can't knock 2/10ths off with HPFP, Intake and Stage 2+ software then i'll be driving it into a wall..

to be fair to crail i think it is actually a bit slower than it should be, it was always .1 of a second slower on their timing gear than it was on my new datalogger which is GPS.

i wouldnt mind a trip down south. just need to see wahich dates there are and if they tie in with my next trip south???

never know i might really be getting a 12.8, but lets not start the whole "my track is more genuine than yours topic"

http://www.crailraceway.co.uk/select_run.asp?CarNumber=18&RunDate=20100620

12.95 @ 115.1

Owen did well today. I ended up driving the new Leon Cupra R down the 1/4 mile doing demos for people loads of times.

http://www.crailraceway.co.uk/select_run.asp?CarNumber=77&RunDate=20100620

Slowish times as I had passengers, and I wasnt as hard on it as I would have been with my own car.

By the end of the day, I ended up with 3 lots of peoples crap in the back of the car including my own 2 spare wheels, hence the slower times at the end.

Dan and I swapped cars for one run (you can prob see which run if you look at both cars times lol). I also took someones K1 down, and a MK1 Leon Cupra.

That was my first and only shot in Dans car. Its is very very fast, but it delivers power in such a different way to the Cupra. I am pretty confident that if I got a day in it, it would be in to the 12's too - solid power wheelspin in 2nd in the dry with an LSD is not something I am used to in my car - make no mistake, times are no indication of how quick Dans car is.

Absolutely delighted getting in to the 12's. I think the car would go faster had it not been for the new brakes discs being too wide causing a bit of drag - job for this week to get the pads grinded down until the manufacturer redo them to the correct width.

Oh, and I got a 12 before Owen  :P
